Our Mozmill l10n tests have been shown that there are some elements which are cut-off due to the localization. The results of the test you can find here:

http://mozmill-ci.blargon7.com/#/l10n/report/4c461f9adf1253771fc6455667212165

An inspection shows that the advanced pane has a couple of cut-off buttons on the right side on OS X. See the screenshot for details. There are two options to solve this issue:

1. Shorten the length of text
2. Widen the window
We can't shorten the length of translation. Widening the window is our only option. I suppose that this is the right place to do that:

browser/chrome/browser/preferences/preferences.dtd - <!ENTITY prefWinMinSize.styleMac "width: 47em; min-height: 40em;">

Can you please verify?
As far as I know yes. Other locales did the same recently by modifying this entry. Someone should test for the best value then. Sadly we do not have the cutoff test enabled which would at least tell how many pixels are missing. But even with that it's hard to tell because here we have em. Axel, do you have an idea how to fix this as best without having a Mac at hand?
